Cogni Auto wasn't dreamed up in a boardroom — it was forged on the workshop floors of Melbourne, Victoria.
The Problem We Saw
Vehicle tech accelerated. Workshop tools didn't.
We started with a simple observation: while vehicle technology was accelerating at light speed, the tools available to the local mechanic were staying stuck in the past.
We saw shop owners struggling with the crushing CAPEX of specialised tools, and turning away work they could have won for lack of the right kit or connections. So we did something different — we sat down with Melbourne garage owners and built Cogni Connect: a network where workshops share tools, parts, and skills instead of going it alone.

Cogni Auto — and its Cogni Connect partner network — was co-designed by product innovators and local garage owners with one shared goal: to fix the business of fixing cars.
